Hi, I’m Omer – a yoga instructor, Ayurvedic practitioner, and sound healing therapist. There was a time I didn’t feel connected to my body. Flexibility, presence, and softness didn’t come naturally to me – they were things I had to learn, gently and with patience.
That journey shapes the way I guide today: with care, honesty, and deep respect for where you are. I don’t believe in pushing people toward results – I believe in the process. In creating space where you can show up as you are, and begin to feel safe again – in your body, in your breath, and in your connection.
Alongside guiding retreats, I support individuals and couples through personal growth journeys – helping them reconnect with themselves and each other.

Breakfast is served as a rich and colorful buffet with seasonal fruits, vegetables, eggs, local cheeses, Greek yogurt, fresh bread, and a variety of teas. It’s light and nourishing, easy to digest, and designed to give you lasting energy and a sense of clarity throughout your morning.
Special diets will be provided upon early request.
We focus on mindful movement – a combination of Hatha, Yin, breath-based flow, and simple meditative practices. No experience is needed. We will match the practice to your level- beginner to advanced.
I have an injury / physical limitation / I’m not flexible – is it still suitable? Yes, completely. All sessions are personalized and adapted to your needs, rhythm, and energy level. Omer, your retreat guide, was once not flexible or connected to her body either – which gives her a deep sensitivity for creating practices that truly meet you where you are. No pressure, no expectations – just presence.
There are reflection sessions and personal talks during the retreat – we’re not sure it’s for us… The purpose of these conversations is to tailor the retreat to your personal needs, wishes, and pace. They’re held in a calm, open and non-judgmental atmosphere, just between you and the guide – never in a group. You’re welcome to share, or simply be.
The retreat is guided by Omer – a certified yoga instructor, Ayurvedic practitioner, and sound healing therapist. Omer supports individuals and couples through personal growth journeys, helping them reconnect with themselves and each other with honesty and care.
All sessions and guidance are in English or Hebrew.
